- Staying in Balance Series - Training program
and resource toolkit to help social service organizations respond
in healthy ways to the high levels of emotional distress created by
the economic recession.

Mental Health First Aid - Mental Health First
Aid is a 12-hour training course designed to give members of the
public key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health
problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The evidence behind
the program demonstrates that it does build mental health literacy,
helping the public identify, understand and respond to signs of
mental illness.
- ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills
Training) - The ASIST workshop is a two-day, highly
interactive, practical, practice-oriented workshop for caregivers
who want to feel more comfortable, confident, and competent in
helping to prevent the immediate risk of suicide.
