Lawe Award and the Catholic Health Care Foundation’s Panis Vitae Humanitarian Award.

Mr. Clark currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Brookfield Office Properties, is a member of the Board of Directors of General Growth Properties, and serves as a Director of the Mental Health Association of New York City since 1999.
