Recovery is possible. MHA-NYC helps people develop life skills that lead to healthy, productive, and independent living. Through an array of comprehensive services and supports, we work with individuals to design their own recovery plans that meet their health and behavioral health, housing, education, and employment needs.
Harlem Bay Network PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services)
Harlem Bay Network PROS is a comprehensive recovery program that integrates treatment, support, and rehabilitation services that assist individuals to reach their full potential. The program plays an important role for people whose lives have been disrupted by mental illness and need the support of others who believe that recovery from mental illness is possible.
Participants in the program work with staff to develop their goals, select the services that would best help them achieve those goals, and set their own pace for recovery. Harlem Bay PROS creates hope, recovery, and increased opportunities for community involvement and integration, through skill development, psychiatric care, education, employment, housing, and social supports.
